On the 25th of February 1975, less than a month after the first official contact was held, Semjase instructed Billy Meier to form a group from his circles which was to specifically only devote itself to tasks like the one she was now going to give. Namely, to take action and issue warning to world authorities that the ozone layer was about to become severely damaged. Meier was also instructed to contact a leading researcher at Harvard University, Mr. Michael Mc Elroy about this. She raised two issues related to the ozone layer.
One – There must be immediate worldwide ban on ozone-destroying chemicals, in particular Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and bromine gases. If not complied with, she told Meier, it means holes would be torn in the ozone layer and ultraviolet radiation from the sun would be able to penetrate without restraint. What should be noted in this regard is that ozone holes first became public knowledge 10 years later, after an article was published in the journal Nature in 1985.
Two – She then tells Meier that researchers and scientists of various countries have recently recognized the destroying effect on the ozone layer by different chemicals, and have in particular recognized the CFC’s and now wanted to evaluate this for war-technical purposes in their irresponsible mania for power. They have already drawn up the fundamental ideas to construct missile bodies, whose destroying and fatal factors are to be chlorofluorocarbon and also bromine substances. Rocketed to the stratosphere and detonated there, it would mean enormous holes would be ripped in the ozone layer and all ultraviolet radiations of the sun would penetrate unhindered.
But such a hole is only able to close very slowly, whereby the process could take centuries, if no further depleting substances penetrate. In addition, the factor comes into force that the ozone layer is subject to a certain movement and wanders. A hole in it would therefore not only destroy a specific area, but it would wander almost uncontrollably and also destroy other large areas. A fact which is not yet known to our scientists she tells Meier. But in addition, all of this is also facts which up until now have been kept secret to the general public. The aim of her message is that the group to be formed by Meier is to dedicate itself to tasks which should serve the prevention, and to counteract the misuse, of such mad achievement. Thus, they are to go to governments and scientist and make them aware of their wrong actions and behaviour.

1974 – June. The Molina-Rowland hypothesis. That release of CFM’s (Chlorofluoromethanes) into the atmosphere might lead to serious environmental harm
1975 – February. Semjase inform Meier that he must warn world authorities about the ozone layer damage. Meier subsequently drafts an appeal which he and his group send out.
1975 – June. The IMOS Task Force report is released, which concludes that the release of CFM’s was “legitimate cause for concern”. The report confirmed the key elements of the Molina-Rowland hypothesis.
1978 - United States, Canada, Sweden, and other countries take unilateral action to ban the nonessential use of CFCs as aerosol propellants.
1985 – The existence of ozone holes become publicly known for the first time by the publication of the Farman 1985 paper in the journal Nature.
1986, Michael B. McElroy and colleagues described a role for bromine in ozone-depleting reactions.
1987 – September. The Montreal Protocol treaty is opened for signature. An international treaty designed to protect the ozone layer by phasing out the production of numerous substances believed to be responsible for ozone depletion.
1989 – January. The Montreal Protocol is entered into force.

15. Create a group from your circles, which specifically only devote itself to tasks, like the one to follow will be, because this and further ones are of crucial importance for the continued existence of all life forms on Earth.
16. The field of activity for the group should be to prevent scientist and governments from applying certain things, research results, findings and achievements which are able to bring death, ruin and destruction across all life forms and the entire solar system.
17. The message today is:
18. For many decades we have been monitoring all spheres of your world, its continuous rise in their changes and the dangerous effects of propellant gases and other dangerous pollutants, released by the people on Earth.
19. For some years now we have come to realize that a steadily increasing dangerous change has becomes apparent in the stratosphere which can lead to deadly consequences for all earthly life:
20. The ozone layer in the stratosphere is increasingly changing due to irresponsible influence of human achievements.
21. Different ozone-destroying chemicals rise up to the stratosphere as gas substances and damage the ozone layer.
22.In particular, It concern chlorofluorocarbons and bromine gases which smell very bad and in contrast to the concept of Earth people, with us and in our language term are referred to as poison gases and not chlorofluorocarbons.
23. It is dangerous that these poison gases get into Earth’s ozone layer and slowly disintegrate it. (CFC gases are called Bromos by the Pleiadians.)
24. It is already on an average 6.38% damaged and destroyed.
25. A percentage which already starts to become harmful and dangerous for all life forms and is able to cause mutative changes.
26. This is a percentage which was reached within only 60 years.
27. It is in particular the chlorofluorocarbon gases and the bromine gas substances, in addition to many other pollutants, which slowly destroys the ozone layer, as I have already mentioned.
28. Thereby is increased ultraviolet radiation from the sun able to penetrate the atmosphere which
can harm all life forms.
29. Over different areas is this ozone layer already dangerously attacked and have become varying in its protection.
30. At three different places, the danger already exists that it breaks through in a few decades and is completely destroyed, if the release of destroying factors is not restricted.
31. If that is not complied with, it means that holes will be torn in the protective shield and the ultraviolet radiation from the sun can penetrate without restraint, what would entail an agonizing die off of all life forms.
32. Everything that enters unprotected into the area of the dangerous radiation, penetrating through the hole, is ultimately exposed to the hopeless destruction.
33. Primarily are also destroying chemical substances, gases and radiations, being released by combustion engines and other matter-destroying processes of other types, like for example nuclear fission and other similar forms, which since 1945, to a large extent have subjected the whole world and all life forms to an evil change.
34. However, destroying chemical gases etc. are also released by things of the everyday life, because every spray can, in addition to CFC’s, also release other chemicals which rise up to the stratosphere and slowly but systematically destroys it.
35. Recently, the researchers and scientists of various countries have become to the extent knowledgeable and advanced in their knowledge, that they have recognized the destroying effect on the ozone layer by different chemicals, and have in particular recognized the CFC’s and now want to evaluate this for war-technical purposes in their irresponsible mania for power.

15. Erstellt eine Gruppe aus euren Kreisen, die sich speziell nur Aufgaben widmet, wie sie die nachfolgende sein wird, denn diese und weitere sind von immenser bedeutung für das Weiterbestehen aller Lebensformen der Erde.
16. Die Gruppe soll ihr Beschäftigungsfeld darin haben, Wissenschaftler und Regierungen Davon abzuhalten, gewisse Dinge, Forschungsergebnisse, Erkenntnisse und Errungenschaften in Anwendung zu bringen, die Tod, Verderben und Vernichtung über alle Lebensformen und das ganze Sonnensystem zu bringen vermögen
17. Die heutige Botschaft ist die:
18. Seit vielen Jahrzehnten kontrollieren wir alle Sphären eurer Welt, deren stetige Zunahmen ihrer Veränderungen und die gefährlichen Auswirkungen von durch den Erdenmenschen freigesetzten Treibgasen und sonstigen gefährlichen Schadstoffen.
19. Seit einigen Jahren stellen wir nun fest, dass sich in der Stratosphäre eine stetig zunehmende gefährliche Veränderung bemerkbar macht, die für alles irdische Leben tödliche Folgen zeitigen kann:
20. In zunehmendem Masse verändert sich der Ozongürtel der Stratosphäre durch unverantwortliche Einflüsse menschlicher Errungenschaften.
21. Verschiedene ozonzerstörende Chemikalien steigen als Gassubstanzen in die Stratosphäre empor und schädigen den Ozongürtel.
22. Insbesondere handelt es sich um Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffe und Bromgase, die sehr übel riechen und die im Gegensatz zum Begriff der Erdenmenschen bei uns und in unserem Sprachbegriff als Giftgase und nicht als Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffe bezeichnet werden.
23. Gefährlich ist, dass diese Giftgase in die Ozonschicht der Erde gelangen und sie langsam zersetzen. (FCKW-Gase werden bei den Plejadiern Bromos genannt.)
24. Bereits ist sie in durchschnittlichem Masse von 6,38% geschädigt und zerstört.
25. Ein Prozentsatz, der schon jetzt für alle Lebensformen schädlich und gefährlich zu werden beginnt und mutative Veränderungen hervorzurufen vermag.
26. Dies ist ein Prozentsatz, der innerhalb von nur 60 Jahren erreicht wurde.
27. Insbesondere sind es die Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffgase und die Bromgassubstanzen, die nebst vielen anderen Schadstoffen den Ozongürtel langsam zerstören, wie ich bereits erwähnt habe.
28. Dadurch vermögen vermehrt ultraviolette Strahlungen der Sonne in die Atmosphäre zu dringen, die alle Lebensformen schädigen können.
29. Über verschiedenen Gebieten ist dieser Ozongürtel bereits gefährlich angegriffen und unterschiedlich in seinem Schutz geworden.
30. An drei verschiedenen Stellen besteht bereits die Gefahr, dass er in wenigen Jahrzehnten durchbricht und völlig vernichtet wird, wenn die Freisetzung zerstörender Faktoren nicht eingeschränkt wird.
31. Wenn dem nicht Folge geleistet wird, so bedeutet das, dass Löcher in den schützenden Schirm gerissen werden und die ultraviolette Sonnenstrahlung ungehemmt eindringen kann, was ein qualvolles Absterben aller Lebensformen in sich Bergen würde.
32. Alles, was ungeschützt in den Bereich der durch das Loch eindringenden gefährlichen Strahlung
gerät, ist letztendlich der rettungslosen Vernichtung preisgegeben.
33. Hauptsächlich werden auch zerstörende Chemikaliensubstanzen, Gase und Strahlungen freigesetzt durch Explosivmotoren und sonstige materiezerstörende Prozesse anderer Art, wie z.B. Atomspaltung und ihr ähnliche Formen, die in grossem Masse seit 1945 den gesamten Weltenlauf und sämtliche Lebensformen einer bösen Veränderung unterworfen haben.
34. Zerstörende Chemikaliengase usw. Werden aber auch freigesetzt durch Dinge des täglichen Lebens, denn jede Spraydose setzt nebst FCKWs auch andere Chemikalien frei, die zur Stratosphäre aufsteigen und diese langsam aber systematisch zerstören.
35. Neuerdings sind die Forscher und Wissenschaftler verschiedener Länder in ihren Erkenntnissen soweit wissender geworden und vorangeschritten, dass sie die zerstörende Wirkung auf den Ozongürtel durch verschiedene Chemikalien und insbesondere der FCKWs erkannt haben und dies nun in ihrem unverantwortlichen Wahn nach Macht für kriegstechnische Zwecke auswerten wollen.
36. Bereits haben sie grundlegende ideen entworfen, um Raketenkörper zu bauen, deren zerstörende und todbringende Faktoren Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoff und auch Bromsubstanzen sein sollen.
37. In die Stratosphäre hochgeschossen und dort zur Explosion gebracht, hätte dies zur Folge, dass ungeheure Löcher in den Ozongürtel gerissen und unhemmbar all ultravioletten Strahlungen der Sonne eindringen würden.
38. Ein solches Loch vermag sich aber nur sehr langsam wieder zu schliessen, wobei der Prozess Jahrhunderte in Anspruch nehmen kann, wenn keine weiteren zerstörende Substanzen eindringen.
39. Zusätzlich tritt der Faktor in Kraft, dass der Ozongürtel einer gewissen Bewegung unterliegt und wandert.
40. Ein Loch in ihm würde daher nicht nur ein ganz bestimmtes Gebiet zerstören, sondern es würde beinahe unkontrollierbar wandern und auch andere weite Gebiete vernichten.
41. Eine Tatsache, die euren Wissenschaftlern noch nicht bekannt ist.
42. Ausserdem aber sind das alles auch Tatsachen, die bis anhin der breiten Öffentlichkeit verschwiegen wurden.
43. Mein Botschaft geht dahin, dass sich die von euch zu bildende Gruppe Aufgaben widmet, die der Verhütung dienen und dem Missbrauch derartiger Wahnsinnserrungenschaften entgegenwirken soll.
44. Gelangt daher an Regierungen und Wissenschaftler und macht sie auf ihr falsches Tun und Handeln aufmerksam.
45. Es liegt im Interesse der ganzen Menschheit und allen Lebens auf Erden, dass ein Sperrvertrag zwischen allen Ländern eurer Welt zustande kommt, um diesem tödlichen Wahnsinn Einhalt zu gebieten.
46. Wendet euch deshalb auch an Herrn Michael Mc Elroy an der Harvard-University in den vereinigten Staaten, denn er ist bereits ein massgebender Forscher auf diesem Gebiet.
